Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are handled and released to our carriers within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every delivery:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
